PRE-REQUISITS

Entry requirements

To be eligible for Train-the-Trainer Certification, candidates must:

  • Have previously completed the Kepner-Tregoe workshop they wish to deliver
  • Participate in an interview with a Kepner-Tregoe professional
  • Meet selection criteria established for Program Leader candidates

For example, participants wishing to become certified to deliver Problem Solving & Decision Making training must have previously completed a Problem Solving & Decision Making workshop.
